RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement with another product of your choice within 28 calendar days from the date you received the products, provided that the product to be exchanged remains intact and unused. A second change, i.e. change of already changed products is not allowed. More specifically, regarding returns:
1. The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
2. The product must be in the same condition as upon their receipt, complete and without damage and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product also in excellent condition.
3. The product has not been used.
4. In any case, you must have prior direct contact with the online store on the day of receipt or at the latest the next business day.
5. You are charged with the cost of returning the products.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
All JEWELLERY products undergo strict quality controls. However, if the product you received is defective, you should follow the following steps:

The company will either undertake to replace your defective product with a new one or refund your money. In the case of replacement, we will need 5-7 working days to ship the new product.
The way the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. In case you had paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be deposited in the bank account that you will indicate to us. The amount that will be returned to you will correspond to the value of the products and any shipping costs.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
The visitor / customer, by accepting these terms of use and browsing the Online Store, declares responsibly that he is legally competent to enter into this contract as well as to use the Store under the terms and conditions mentioned here. Also, as a visitor / customer of the Store you agree and accept that you are financially responsible for any use of the Store that includes use of it by people residing with you and thus you agree to supervise any use of the Store made by minors using your name. The Company, including its consultants and employees, is liable only for fraud or gross negligence and only for positive damage and this liability may not exceed the value of the Products sold.
